ILAIS, The Israel Chapter of the Association for Information
Systems, is excited to establish the Ein-Dor Student Prize for
Information Systems Research.
For decades, Prof. Philip Ein-Dor has been a driving force in
the Israeli and international information systems communities.
He was a founding member of the Association for Information
Systems, served as the eighth president of the global
organization, and likewise one of the founders of the Israel
Association for Information Systems, serving as its chair for
over a decade. Philip was co-founder of both Communications of
AIS (CAIS) and the Journal of AIS (JAIS) and served as founding
editor of JAIS and on the editorial or advisory boards of many
other journals. He has inspired and guided numerous graduate
students and researchers in the field of information systems.
Through this award, ILAIS will encourage and support the
participation of graduate students seeking to present their work
at the annual Conferences on Information Systems.
